SOCIAL SERVICE
We live in a society. Social service is the service given to the people living in a society. It is a good virtue to help those who are in trouble. A man is affected by the natural calamities like flood. We help him by giving some many. It is an example of social service.
There is a need of social service nobody can solve their problems by themselves. One can be in trouble at any times. If we help others will help us. If we do not help others we cannot get help from others. Social service is accepted as a good virtue by all the religions. It can improve our society.
Social service is rendered in different forms. Rich person can serve the society by spending money. He can provide money to build schools, roads and hospitals. He also can provide money to create a fund to help orphans and needy people. Those who cannot afford money can serve the society in manual labour. He/she can be involved in social activities like constructing road; cleaning street etc. Social service has many advantages. It is advantages to the both giver and the receiver. Receiver is directly benefited whereas givers will win the love and respect of the society. He can get the help of society whatever he needs. It help do develop the society.
Social service is very necessary in our country. There are majority of people who are very poor and illiterate. We should help them as well. Everyone living in a society is a man. There are very few people who are passing comfortable life. It is a virtue to help man by man. Our country cannot develop in poor, unfortunates, one are helped by fortunes ones.
Being students we should lean many more things. Among them social service is also the one. We should encouraged the students to be participate in different social activities like cleaning streets, planting trees and helping people who are in trouble and affected by the natural calamities like food, landslide earthquake and so on.
So, it is clear that social service is a great virtue. We should have the feeling of social service to help the needy people.
